Adults

Services for adults are provided at our clinic in Ontario.  We offer several programs and individual and group treatment may be available.

General Mental Health (GMH)

Outpatient counseling services to individuals, families, and groups through contracts with the San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health (DBH). Under government guidelines, persons using DBH services must meet specific standards for medical necessity.

 

General Mental Health services are provided at our Ontario facility as well as in community locations including schools, and clients' homes. Each person using DBH services has a Case Coordinator and a Coordinated Care Plan that is reviewed regularly to ensure the highest quality of care. This program serves consumers ages 8 years and up.

Eligibility: Services are provided to Medi-Cal-eligible minors and adults who meet medical necessity and reside in San Bernardino County; individual, family, and group services are available in English and Spanish.
