Established in 1955, West End Family Counseling Services (WEFCS) is a non-profit, public-benefit charity providing high-quality, affordable, and innovative counseling programs for families from diverse communities. The Agency provides low-cost community mental health services in West San Bernardino County.  With an annual budget of over $8 million, the Agency provides over 25,000 hours of direct services to clients from 4 clinics and various school sites and community centers.

Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to helping families overcome challenges and achieve their goals. We believe that every family deserves the opportunity to thrive, and we are here to provide the support and guidance needed to make that possible.

Our Team

A volunteer Board of Directors governs our Agency while day-to-day operations are managed by our Executive Director and senior Program Directors.


Services are provided by social workers, masters-level counselors, psychologists, psychiatrists, and supervised graduate interns.
